Storage Guidelines
- Rent is due on the date you move in. After five days a $10.00 late fee will apply and an over lock will be placed on your unit. You will not be granted access to your unit until your rent and late fees are current. (TIP: Avoid late fees and lock-outs by setting up an auto-charge account using your VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.)
- You must give two weeks notice to receive your security deposit. Your deposit will not be refunded if you fail to give proper notice to vacate your unit.
- Gate access will be denied if your rent is not current.
- Your unit must be completely empty and swept clean to receive your security deposit.
- There is a dumpster on site available for your use. DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS ON OR AROUNS THE DUMPSTER. REMOVAL FEES WILL APPLY.
- Gate access hours are from 7:00am to 9:30pm everyday including holidays.
- Climate Controlled units will have access from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and access on Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. NO ACCESS ON SUNDAY.
- Please notify office when unit is vacant. If you fail to do so, you may be charges for additional days until office notices the vacancy. Your notification may be in person, in writing, or a simple phone call to the office. If the office staff is not available, you may leave a message on the voice mail.
- Our facility is under 24-hour surveillance. Any criminal activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
